Royaltytots.com shipping is based on weight-based shipping, size of package, and destination and we perform all shipping through United Parcel Service also known as UPS. We have several different shipping opinions to choose from, such as UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS 3 Day shipping, and UPS Ground. Holidays can affect all transit of packages. Any purchases made after 5:00 pm will be processed and shipped the next day.
UPS 2nd Day Air – Guaranteed delivery to all 50 states and Puerto Rico with some limitations in Alaska and Hawaii by the end of the second business day. *Optional Saturday delivery and pickup.
UPS 3 Day – Guaranteed delivery to 48 contiguous states by the third business day. *Saturday deliveries and pickups available in selected areas.
UPS Ground – Guaranteed delivery to all 50 states and Puerto Rico. Packages though UPS Ground normally takes 1 – 5 business days but please allow 5 – 7 business days to ensure all packages are delivered. *Saturday deliveries and pickups available in selected areas.
Returns/Exchange – If at anytime you are unsatisfied with our products, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to return the item or items or you can exchange the item or items for more or equal value of items returned. Use the return label to ship back the unwanted item or items. Please keep in mind that the items returned cannot be washed nor worn for the process to be completed.
